How long does my order take to ship?

Slow fashion is indeed, slow; but it is so worth the wait.

Most of the items in our website are handmade to order and take up to 30 working days from the moment you placed your order to postage.

If there were any changes in this timeline, it will be stated on your listing and we will notify you on your order confirmation email.

We are not liable for any delays within the Royal Mail network. Once your item has been scanned within their network, it is up to them to deliver it to you on a timely manner.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We offer international shipping but beware you are responsible as the recipient for any taxes or duties incurred which will be collected at the point of delivery.

Returns, cancellations and refunds.

Can I cancel my order?

If you made a mistake while placing your order, for instance you chose the wrong length or size, we can correct it on our end and you don’t need to cancel your order. Just get in touch with us.

If you chose the wrong payment method, please note that if you want to cancel the order and place it again, you are liable to cover for any processing fees that incurred during the wrong transaction.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do it within 5 days of having placed it. If you miss this deadline, you will be liable to pay for any materials and time that has been put into working on your order.

What is your return policy? 

WE CANNOT PROCESS INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AT THIS MOMENT. Please check your size before ordering and ask if you have any doubts.

The item must be returned with all tags attached and no signs of wear.

Made to order items:

We don’t offer refunds on bespoke items.
If you’ve mixed up your measurements and your order doesn't fit we offer alterations for a small fee or you can get a store credit for the value of your dress minus a £45 fee.

You can check our size guides before ordering to make sure the garment will fit you perfectly.

We are humans and we make mistakes and in that case, you are entitled to a free alteration or an exchange depending on the item in question.

Ready to ship items:

You can exchange our ready to ship items for an equivalent item in our collection.

SYOF items: Unless it is a case of a mistake on our part, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for Send your Own fabric items.
